I have been in the glass industry for over 18 years. I’ve seen and worked on just about every type of window, so I’m well-versed in nearly all forms of residential and commercial windows. From the mundane storm window to new commercial store fronts, I can handle your window needs. Some of the more interesting jobs I’ve done are fixing tugboat windows (sometimes while moving), replacing a full-view piece of glass (covering the locking mechanisms) in the main vault door at the Federal Reserve in downtown St. Louis, and, my favorite job, replacing three panes on top of the Climatron at the Missouri Botanical Gardens. At heart, I’m a people-person, and I truly enjoy making my customers happy.
I was born and raised here in St. Louis. Graduated from Bayless High School, for those St. Louisans that are wondering. I’ve spent my entire career in customer service in some capacity, so I know the importance of listening to the customer and figuring out what they want rather than offering or suggesting what I think they should have. I’m newer to the glass industry than Paul, but I’ve learned a lot from working with him over the years. We started this firm to make sure our customers have someone that will provide the highest quality service and won’t leave until they’re satisfied the job is done.
I grew up in Baltimore, MD, and after college worked as a scrub nurse in the O.R. for 10 years. Apparently, I like change! I had been practicing stained-glass for a few years when I decided to change careers, and after hearing Paul’s and Clint’s aspirations for Hyperion Glass, I knew this was the company I wanted to work for. We strive to offer the best possible products with superior customer service, and that’s something I find easy to be passionate about! In the time I’ve been with Hyperion Glass, I know without a doubt that this is where I belong.
